reactions to the new 'do...
May. 22nd, 2006 09:14 amyou know how, when a co-worker gets a new hair cut, the reactions usually consist of a squeal, followed by "oh, it's so CUTE!" i haven't heard any of that today in the office. pretty much every reaction starts with "WHOA..." followed by an awkward pause.
some of the highlights (following the word "whoa"):
"Indians 1, Jennifer 0..."
"WHERE ARE YOUR CURLS???"
"what did you do???"
"are you in a contest for the shortest hair in the department?"
oh, i've also been getting another common fun reaction -- people walk by my cubicle... then i hear them stop, pause, and then come back to look, because they're so shocked.
*sigh*. how long does it take hair to grow?
