swingchickie | the only good thing about going back to work today...

...is that it's a short week. that, and part of my scheduling today leaves me in downtown crossing (a huge boston shopping area) right around lunchtime. sa-weet. but it's a long day scheduled for today, and my back/shoulder is still in agony. i'm praying that my car will be ready (it died on thursday, so i'm in a rental... i'm totally rockin' an impala right now *chuckle*), so that i can pick it up in the afternoon and break up my day a little bit.

what do you do for an ouchy back besides hot baths and handfuls of advil?

the rest of the weekend was good. D and i hung out yesterday, i hadn't seen him in almost 2 weeks... we went to see "murderball" (GREAT documentary), then came back here and watched some of the "miami ink" marathon on TLC.

i haven't slept well in 2 days, ever since that stupid ex stuff i posted about the other day. i shouldn't let him get to me, i have more important things to worry about right now than whatever emotional issues he's harboring. i'm just a big one for fairness, always have been... and when someone misunderstands me and attacks me, and continues to attack me instead of apologizing, i have a huge problem with that. even if the person isn't worth it. grrrrr.
