swingchickiemy cell phone finally died today. ick. both hinges broke off, so basically the 2 halves were connected by a teeny thread of plastic. no good. i went to the sprint kiosk in the local mall, and found out the damn thing had been discontinued just 3 months after it came to market (yeah, i was one of the lucky ones to get a limited-edition $300 piece of crap)... so it's not under warranty anymore. so i bought a new one, in the same line but much more stable, not to mention RED. woo-hoo! and yes, there will be blinging of the phone... oh yes there will be blinging.
we're supposed to get a big mamma-jamma blizzard tonight. i'm sick of shoveling, so i drove to the T station at the end of the line (it has a big parking garage) and parked my car there and then took the T home. tomorrow morning i won't have to scrape or shovel... i'll just give them my $4.50 parking fee, and roll happily out onto the highway. nice. it's just flurrying now, and i'm half tempted to bundle up, throw a book in my bag, and walk down to starbucks to have cocoa by the fireplace... but it's so warm and cozy here. i think i'm in for the night.
