swingchickie | maxin' and relaxin'

so, yeah, i could have gone dancing tonight. i was planning on it. but the sox game was starting at 5pm, and i had 2 new beauty magazines to pore over... so what's a girl to do? i walked into the square to get a couple of takeout slices from mike's pizza... i almost stayed, because the game was on a large-screen TV and everyone was watching and having a blast, and i thought it might be fun to have a couple of beers and shout at the TV with everyone for a few hours. but i knew i'd pay for it tomorrow. so i took my slices home, and have been watching the game (interspersed with a bubble bath and lot of beauty magazine readin' and vanilla tea drinkin'). it's a total nail-biter, as i write this it's the bottom of the 8th and we're tied 4-4. blargh.

i need to book a facial and massage for my b-day next week. i'm looking a little haggard. *grin*
