As a kid, I would dial it all the time, then hang up. So, count yourself lucky that you dont have it... as you'll get all sorts of prank calls. Steve Jobs (of Apple).. used to have 800-222-2222 as his cell phone number; until he realized the same thing... people just type shit in and randomcall these kinds of numbers.
