rosie freaking ROCKS it, i just love her energy and style and this video showcases it perfectly. it's also reminded me that i really need to start videotaping my practices -- even though i din't like seeing myself on tape, it's the only way i can truly see if i'm doing moves right/wrong. i already know i'm doing the "booty bump" wrong, maybe seeing it on tape will help me to troubleshoot.

What I find so intriguing about this video, besides oh the fire, is that Miss Rosie wears some intriguing clothes/hair and makeup and makes me want to watch it over and over. But that has less to do with the hooping. So if the hooping in a brown polo shirt and blue jeans is an 8, then with her clothes, hair and makeup, she's a 15!

yeah, i'm aiming for that both from a hooping ability standpoint and a fitness/figure one. will i ever be that slender? unlikely. but she doesn't look like a rail, she looks healthy and girly and i wouldn't mind being within a couple of sizes of that look.

and yeah, i have a newfound respect for shredded clothes. :)

It's the shredded clothes, not her body type. Your body type, with the right intriguing clothes would be just has mesmerizing. Your smile, your smooth dance moves, your awesome curly red hair... a 15 easy.
