swingchickie* Rock Camp in a few weeks!
* Angus is the Cutest Cat Ever and i get to squooooosh him anyime i want.
* thunderstorms this weekend = movie marathon! (and hopefully non-wilty flowers.)
* Wall-E opens in theatres this weekend... i've been waiting for months to see it!
* that slow-cooker pork thingie i made the other day is the bomb, yo. i'm totally making quesadillas with it tonight. (although i brought some to jack's last night, and he was like, "it smells like farts." (from the broccoli, i think.))
* my office is *finally* going to be ready next week... no more hunting around for a meeting room when i need to talk with someone.
* after 18 months of dating jack, i FINALLY got a "floop" from his cat. PussCat is 150% attached to jack at the hip, and barely looks at me unless it's that disdainful cat expression that says "oh, YOU? you're STILL here?" meanwhile, he'll jump up on the sofa when jack's lying down, and back into him and flop down so that jack is spooning him (which we call the "floop".) but in the last week or so, twice he's actually done the floop to ME, and let me pet him. it makes me so mushy, i could faint. and it only took 18 months to happen. :)
* my WCS class's dance routine is actually starting to look halfway decent. i'm sure there'll be some major screwups (including mine), but we'll come out ok. on monday, our teacher asked me to switch places with another woman (i'm not exactly sure why, i think something about her not wanting to be in front so much)... but the head of the dance studio, who's in our class, asked him to switch me back because she says she follows me out of the corner of her eye sometimes to make sure she's doing it right. woo-hoo!

Holy shit. That is so awesome I don't know where to start. I finally got up the nerve to dance with her just last week (which is silly of me, she's a very good sport).
