this is KILLING me. it was just on the market 18 months ago, right after i'd bought my house... not that i could have afforded it at the time, but the fact that it went up for sale right after i'd made the offer on this one was driving me nuts. now it's available again, when i am nowhere near ready to move. (mostly because i still can't afford it.)

i have been in love with this house for, no lie, about 20 years. i drive past it all the time and drool. it's a 1970s contemporary that's unlike anything else i've seen in PA... you'd expect to see it in california, but not here.

here's the link to the listing: http://www.realtor.com/search/listingdetail.aspx?ctid=19282&ncs=32218%2c63409%2c38031%2c7155&ml=3&mnp=22&mxp=42&typ=1&sid=d0794ae6d19d46d8b19128b4ff5e5b95&pg=21&lid=1095034289&lsn=203&srcnt=330#Detail

cick on the "virtual tour" button to see the interior... ignore the pink carpet and the current owners' furnishings that don't even go with the house... and just soak in all the rest of it in its awesomeness.

*sigh*. maybe in another 10 years, when it's back on the market, i'll be ready...

OMG!

Holy Huge Front Windows Batman!!

$3k/month? Wow. That would take every last penny of my take-home pay! LOL

Looks pretty spiffy, though :)
