things that are making me happy today:

* i got approval from my mortgage company to refinance. this means that i'll go from two mortgages (one high-interest) to one (at the lower rate)... and i'll save about $1000 a year, which can pay off some billz. or a good chunk of a vacation.

* as part of the refinancing, my broker ran a credit report... in the 1 year that i've had this house, my credit score has gone up by 100 points. NICE.

* cuteoverload.com has been busting out some MAJOR cute all day long.

* a B complex vitamin in the morning, plus cutting out sugar, = jenn not needing a nap at 6pm.

* i'm starting to work on my hooping again... focusing on the joy i get from the movement, rather than worrying about not accomplishing moves i want to learn. it will all come with time.

Did you have an 80/20 loan if you don't mind me asking? (I did-since I didn't have a down payment, 20% of the mortgage is basically a home equity loan. The interest is up to 9%. The 80% of the mortgage is fixed at just a little above 6% - that I can handle-its the 9% that sucks obviously)

yep, that's what i had. i'm taking the 20% and adding it to the rest at 6% fixed. i'm SO psyched.

rayna was AMAZING... a great teacher and the nicest girl on the planet. she actually hugged me at the end of the lesson (i was sweating like a pig), and told me to call her if i had any questions about what we went over. i'll tell you, i am now a faithful hoopnotica video customer. 100%.
