happy house-iversary!

wow. today marks one year that i have been in my house. so much has happened in the last year... but the most amazing thing that's happened is that I MADE IT. with all of the fears i had, none of them came true -- i didn't miss any mortgage payments, i didn't accidentally burn the house down, i didn't do anything to the house that would completely ruin my chances of selling it someday.

i am a single woman who owns my own home, and i'm making it work. and i'm freaking proud of myself.
