wait... it's 1:00... as in pm???

oops. sleept in until 1, i guess i needed it. well, that's not entirely true -- i woke up at 6:30am (after getting home at 2 from sex dwarf, ouch) to wait for my 7am (!!!!!!!!) delivery time from sears... by 8am i had a beautiful brand-new washer and dryer that i don't think i can use because they didn't hook up a new accordion hose thingy and my old one could catch on fire. great.

went back to bed at 8:15, was awakened at 9am by santa on top of a ladder fire engine rolling through my neighborhood with sirens going full-force (f*** you, santa), then managed to get back to sleep and passed out until 5 minutes ago. i only have a few hours before the boy shows up to go to jonathan coulton tonight... i'm thinking i'll spend it in a bubble bath, and then seeing how flammable my new appliances are.

sex dwarf last night was really nice. southstman had the walls covered in silver stars as a tribute to star, and several people wore pirate-themed shirts for her (i wore my battery-operated blinky star that i rigged onto a t-shirt, i think the last time i wore it was a dance exchange in the late 90s). a lot of star's peeps came out, including her wonderful boyfriend. it was so great to see him there. looking forward to seeing him out at karaoke tomorrow night as well...
