i should be working.
Apr. 28th, 2006 10:03 aminstead i am gazing longingly at my dream home. just got listed, and i am completely obsessed... the hardwood floors, the exposed brick, the fact that it's a few blocks from the town center... *drool* it's on the high end of my price range, but hubba hubba... i LURV it. i want to marry it, i love it so much. i sent a frantic e-mail to my realtor this morning, asking about it... i was basically like, "can we go see this house RIGHT NOW???? what info can you get on it????" crossing my fingers that i can take a peek this weekend...
i told my boss that i'm going to start a side job... i'm going to let house-sellers hire me to make over their homes before they go on the market. the photos of some of these places are staggering, with all of the knickknacks/too-big furniture/floral EVERYTHING, you can't even focus on what the structure of each room is. eek.

Date: 2006-04-28 04:30 pm (UTC)I think I bought my house in part because it was completely UNfurnished when I saw it, and I liked that lots better.
The fact that I left it mostly unfurnished for 7 years is beside the point. ;)
