Seriously, this is a really sweet, fun cool thing you
are doing. You are just getting to know me, yet you
are up for burning a holiday weekend away with me with
the main event being a sport you don't know and may
not even like. (I think you'll get a kick out of it,
really...) And, you just dropped some real coin on it
(and us) without flinching... wow, I'm really touched,
and hope we'll have so much fun you'll decide it was
your smartest move of the spring!

my world, at least for one whirlwind weekend, is
really cool... Actually, its pretty hot.

(oh, the sport he's mentioning? NASCAR. yes, that's right, i am actually going to fly to another city this spring to sit with him and watch lots of cars go vroom. *sigh*. well, he's going to learn to swing dance, so i have to give something back, right? let's see... must pick up some acid-washed jeans and a big can of aqua net...)
