sigh.

i don't understand these newfangled lottery machines where you use a touch-screen to pick your numbers and it pops your ticket out a little window. i decided to get a powerball ticket at lunch today... put my dollar in, picked my numbers, and hit print... i looked down and saw my ticket, took it... and it wasn't until i looked at it later that i realized i had picked up a "test print", and my actual ticket hadn't printed. if someone wins tonight on my numbers, i will be so pissed.

jack's mom told him last night that she got us a wii fit at the mall yesterday. how nice is that?!? wonder if she took one look at us on sunday and was like, "eek, they're packing on the pounds... wii fit for them!" hee. of course, my follow-up question was: "when are you going to tell her that you just gave your TV away to your neighbor?" i guess the wii fit will have to reside at my house, i'm sure i'll find a place for it. *wink*

i'm so watching SNL this saturday. season premiere + rumored obama appearance + rumored tina fey playing sarah palin = WIN.
