zombie ants?
Jun. 14th, 2007 06:42 amthe exterminator came over yesterday and filled every crack in my house, inside and out, with chemicals. before he left, he warned me: in the next few days, i'll see more spiders and ants than usual, because they're all trying to get away from where he sprayed. then after that, once the stuff takes effect, i'll have none. cool.
but he did say one other thing to me -- that the poisoned carpenter ants will act "twitchy". "twitchy?" i asked... "yeah." he said... "trust me, you'll know a poisoned carpenter ant when you see it from how it acts."
twitchy. mmm, yyyyyyyeahhhh. not sure i really want to see what that looks like. i have images of those zombies from the movie "28 days later", where they're all wacked-out and move really fast... and twitchy.
boston peeps, you will be able to hear my screams if i see any ants acting like that. seriously, i will FREAK.
