just came back from an early-morning session with a personal trainer at my gym. i've been so bad the last couple of weeks with my eating, and awful the last several months with my exercise, that i figured i need someone to kick my ass a few times a week. and wow, did he kick it. my legs, back, arms... everything is like jello. i could barely carry my grocery bags out of my car! i am SO going to hurt tomorrow... and then it happens all over again on tuesday at 6am... eek!
it probably didn't help that i was out last night dancing to the love dogs until 1am, and then went to the gym on 6 hours of sleep and no breakfast. *sheepish grin* but i'm really psyched for these workouts... i think a lot of good is going to come of this!
