happy weekend!

i was going to post a 5-page rant about my craptacular day yesterday, but i'll spare everyone. i'll just say that while waiting for a work delivery at my storage unit, my car battery went dead (i'd been waiting 2 hours with the radio on), so i was stuck in a dark storage facility at the end of a day on a friday, waiting for someone to come jump my car, when i should have been home unwinding. oh, and i broke my cell phone as well. *sigh*.

today has made up for it. i slept in today, after spending last night watching the south park marathon with a few friends until 1am... went to the mall to pick up my tailoring, and saw the best t-shirt ever: "real women don't date yankees fans". of COURSE i bought it to wear out this week. *grin* then i went to see a really good movie called "primer". it's only playing at one theater near me, and it hasn't been advertised at all (there were only 6 of us in the theater), but i really hope more people go to see it. it's a funky independent film about 2 guys who invent something really strange, and how it screws with their lives. i won't say any more, because i'd have to do a lot of 'splainin' and i don't want to ruin it for anyone. just go see it.
