pesto?

anyone have any ideas on how to use pesto? D made a huge batch of it and gave me a big container full, made from the basil in his garden. YUM. so far we've put it on pasta with grilled chicken, and i made a boboli pizza (whole wheat crust) using it, pizza cheese, and jumbo shrimp. but i still have a half of a container left, and don't want to waste this stuff... it's amazing.

How about a hunk of tuna steak, salmon steak or something of that nature and grill it with some summer veggy's then toss the veggy's with EVOO, pesto and lemon juice for a fresh tast with a nice spinach sald....

Lamb cabob's with tomatoes and onions and marinate with pesto...

pork cutlet's with a roasted potatoe all baked in the same pan with the pesto and some chicken broth and keep it covered tight so the pesto doesn't burn...

Hmmmm wish I was back home in Boston to come for dinner I love pesto - LOL - ENJOY! Let me know :)
