no-one told me that when you go to a dermatologist... they look at ALL your skin, not just on your face. if i'd known that, i would not have worn a thong today.

Look at it this way: You'll never feel modest again at the derm's office. I had to stand in various positions, nude, while being photographed for dermatological purposes, and I tell you, that changed everything for me. Fortunately, the images went on a CD-ROM that *I* maintain, not the doctor.
