yes, it is a purse. made out of seatbelts. and it's hella cool. screw coach, louis vuitton, and fendi... gimme a purse made out of a vehicle restaint system. ::grin::

Makes sense, you know? People see a Gucci handbag and automatically think "knockoff"...but I'll bet a hundred bucks to a bucket of cow dung that women will be staring at that purse in agony, racking their brains about which teensy boutique in Milan it came from.

you didn't mention that it supports a worthy cause! i wonder if i could special request the gold color of my former chevette. (chevette. . .it's the new pinto. .. ) for serious - i'm totally buying one. and i hate purses. :)

there's a gold-ish one, but i think it's more the subtle "toyota gold". hee hee! and, oh -- there's only one style there that supports MADD, so make sure you click on the "MADD bag" if you want to do that...

My first car was a Chevrolet Spectrum. It was like a Chevette on steroids. Okay, maybe half a steroid. But it was white with a burgundy interior, and I just don't think a burgundy man-bag would work with me, y'know?
