swingchickieso, the people who live directly behind me have finally put their house on the market, after months of cleaning, fixing, and hauling stuff away. (if you know of anyone who'd like to live in the 'burbs and who wouldn't suck as a neighbor, let 'em know.) please, oh PLEASE let them get close to their asking price, so that the value of my house starts to go up again, please please please.
anyway, this morning my awesome eagle-eyed boyfriend spotted this beauty on their curb, which is now sitting proudly in my dining room:
as you can see, it has been given the angus seal of approval. :)
it's missing some of the stereo components inside, but if nothing else it makes a really cool sideboard-looking thing.
