swingchickiestepped on the scale today... 12 pounds down. w00t! the number on the scale was one i haven't seen since before i started dating jack. even jack is starting to notice -- we saw each other at work yesterday, he looked me up and down, and said, "your suit is getting loose". i was wearing the suit i'd had custom-made this summer, the one that fit me like a glove when i first got it. and he's right, the waist is getting a little big and i don't have to wear spanx to make them comfy in the hips anymore. hee.
i'm looking forward to hooping again, i'm going to give it a go tomorrow. the chiropractor said to take it slow getting back into it. it's been 3 weeks, and i only have a month until my workshop, so i need to beef up my practices... but baby steps first.
