swingchickieyay! decided to take a day off today to do random stuff. i know, most people take vacation days to go on trips and such... i like to take them to catch up on errands and clean. i just feel like, i work hard all week, i don't want my weekends to be spent doing work around the house. i want to relax. so then these unconventional "vacation" days here and there allow me to get caught up, which is actually really fulfilling.
there's an amazing breeze coming in the window as i type this. god, it's going to be a beautiful day.
so, today is a lot of cleaning and errands -- laundry for my philly trip, packing, pine-sol all the floors and air out the place now that the cats aren't in the way... i also want to burn a couple of CDs for the 6-hour drive home tomorrow, anyone have suggestions of good driving music to download from iTunes?
tonight i'm going dancing for the first time in almost a week. i can't wait... i feel so fired up afterwards!
