The Darkness, "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" -- I wonder if you can hit the Queen-like high notes. ;)

On a musical side note, my mashup thang will be TEH AWESOME. If it works.

"Alone" by Heart, just to try to wail out that war-cry of love she does before the second chorus. Sweet Jeeeeezus, what pipes on that woman.

Anything you have laying around by Pat Benatar. You can't go wrong with her stuff, and I think you'd knock it outta the ballpark!

I love Walk Away! You go!

For other ideas, I'll go recent. Try Welcome to the Black Parade, by My Chemical Romance. You'll be screaming it until your throat bleeds. Great driving tune. (And it'll probably make someone's karaoke machine soon enough)
I also love when girls sing Bjork, so maybe It's Oh So Quiet or anything off of Debut.
Have a safe drive!

I'll second Son of a Preacher Man, but I prefer Dusty Springfield's version.

I'd add:
Amos Milburn's "One Scotch, One Bourbon"
The Kingston Trio "Charlie on the MTA"
Aretha Franklin "Respect"
UB40 "Red Red Wine"
Otis Redding "Dock of the Bay"
Bill Withers "Lean on Me"
Home Cookin' "My Babe"
Ruth Brown "Mama, He Treats Your Daughter Mean"
Mamas & Papas "Monday Monday"
Dwight Yoakam "Guitars, Cadillacs"
and the soundtracks to "Hair," "Grease," and "Jungle Book"

... but I'm weird

OMG! Simply Red!
