swingchickiei'm going to cheer myself up by thinking of all the cool stuff that's going on this month. lessee...
* saturday i have 2 social options: 1) see my favorite singer, mark erelli, at the tin angel, or 2) go swing dancing at the commodore barry club
* sunday the oscars are on
* next week some of the boston peeps are in town! we're going to:
- go dancing at "sex dwarf" friday night at fluid
- go to the big honkin' K of P mall
- see "nacho libre" (awwww yeah!)
- see my house to measure for curtains and a fridge and stuff
- eat cheesesteaks and just generally go nuts
* i'm in chicago for work in a couple of weeks (chicago folks, any recommendations on a jazz club to hit on a weeknight?)
* i move into my house at the end of the month!!!!!!!!!
oh, and angus is being really funny right now, scaring the crap out of himself and running around with a freaked-out expression on his face. that makes me happy too. *grin*
okay, i feel a bit better.
ETA: how could i forget... SUMMER HOURS AT WORK!!! work 9-10 hours a day mon thru thu, and i can leave at noon on fri (yeah right, with my workload)...!
