going house-hunting for a bit today.

we're checking out the "dream house" i posted about yesterday, as well as another one that's smaller (almost half the square footage) but has some of the details i like. it'll be good to compare the two -- the second one is not only smaller, it's $100K less than the bigger one... so my mortgage would be much more manageable, AND the utilities would be more dealable. (thanks swingdoc for reminding me of that.)

we shall see... so much fun!!!!
