(no subject)

what i am currently doing:
sitting in a training class... listening to lectures on statistics. feeling my body creak and groan because of yesterday's hoop-a-rama.

what i would rather be doing:
getting a pedicure in a massage chair, while reading the stack of magazines that have been piling up because i haven't had the time to read them.

meh. i really need some pampering. i could get a pedi later this week, but i'm saving my nail salon trip for next week... my last day at work for the rest of the year is next monday, so i feel like a mani and pedi would be a great way to start off my vacation time. not sure i can wait that long though. :)

(no subject)

i should be heading back into the city right now for Part II of the Hoop Path workshop... but i decided to bail on tonight's 2 hours. i'm bummed, but at peace with my decision -- i am so exhausted, and so overrun with hoop orders to make (got another 3 this afternoon), i need to take care of myself. so tonight i'll make some of the hoops, relax with a cup of cocoa, and go to bed early to try to catch up on some sleep. there's so much i learned yesterday, i have enough hooping inspiration to last me for months.
