one of the nicest feelings in the world

i got the most lovely e-mail from a hoop customer yesterday. she was the person last week who had wanted a hoop bigger than i usually make, and water-weighted to make it heavier. i'd never done a water hoop before, and was crossing my fingers that she'd like it... yesterday, i got my confirmation: a glowing e-mail thanking me for making it, and telling me that she loves it. it made my day. (and yes, i totally got her permission to use her quote on the website.)

this is the first written compiment i've received for a hoop i've made... and from a stranger, no less! i've always wondered what people think of them, when i ship one off and never hear anything. i figure if i don't hear anything, it means everything's cool (because you know i'd get an e-mail if there was something wrong). so to get one with a compliment... well, that's big. yay.
