things that are making me happy today:
Oct. 8th, 2007 06:07 pm* i got approval from my mortgage company to refinance. this means that i'll go from two mortgages (one high-interest) to one (at the lower rate)... and i'll save about $1000 a year, which can pay off some billz. or a good chunk of a vacation.
* as part of the refinancing, my broker ran a credit report... in the 1 year that i've had this house, my credit score has gone up by 100 points. NICE.
* cuteoverload.com has been busting out some MAJOR cute all day long.
* a B complex vitamin in the morning, plus cutting out sugar, = jenn not needing a nap at 6pm.
* i'm starting to work on my hooping again... focusing on the joy i get from the movement, rather than worrying about not accomplishing moves i want to learn. it will all come with time.
