happy belated 4th, everyone!

not a terribly exciting day, unless you count being curled up on the couch feeling barfy as excitement. bleh. jack and i were supposed to go to the movies and an awesome BBQ with the philly/delaware peeps... had to cancel both because i felt like absolute hell. jack just sat with me and watched the "i love the 70's part 2" marathon on VH1 all day, and said "it's ok, i'm just happy to be here with you." someone get that man a halo, he is an absolute saint.

lucky bastard has the next 2 days off, too. me? meetings and deadlines for the next 4 weeks. when these 3 projects are over in mid-august, i am SO taking some vacation time to veg out...
