wow, TGIF.
Feb. 23rd, 2007 05:56 amthis has been a completely wacky week. the week that i do my solo training is always crazy, but i was also finishing one project, and starting another, and it all happened over the last 4 days. i've barely had time to enjoy the fact that i got promoted, although most people in the department have been lovely about sending me "congrats" e-mails or stopping me in the hall to offer well-wishes. it's been really nice.
so far the only celebrating i've done is to order some takeout chinese and eat it in front of the tv. woo. looking forward to this weekend, so the boy and i can have some champagne tonight and then whoop it up in atlantic city during the day tomorrow. and then hopefully spend some time with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
swingdoc and partytom eatin' and singin'. oh yes, and i will be sleeping my butt off to make up for the long hours this week.
oh -- and on a separate note, i would like to thank my company's payroll department for messing up my paychecks last year... they never took local taxes out, and now i owe $900. grrrrr.
