there are no words.

star (sarcasmoscorner for the LJ folks) died this morning. it was sudden and completely unexpected, and i don't even know how to wrap my brain around this right now. for god's sake, she had a wonderful new boyfriend and was learning how to ballroom dance... i was planning on seeing her at sex dwarf this coming friday and jonathan coulton on saturday... she just posted friday, about general life-y stuff. how can she be gone?

i met star this summer, but felt like i'd known her for years. she was one of those people who you meet and immediately fall madly in love with, because she was so cool and fun and gutsy. hell, she was one of our towel-clad go-go's on halloween. i count her as one of the people who made me glad i'd moved back to philly. and my world, and the world in general, is a much emptier place without her now.

there really are no words to describe how much this completely sucks. she was amazing and i loved her to pieces and now i don't get to see her anymore.

i'll miss you, dear.
