happiness is...
Aug. 11th, 2006 06:43 pm* i got great feedback on my trainees today, from the managers who certified them. they were impressed that my group is doing so well so soon. yes, it's because they're a smart group and they work hard... but i'd like to think that at least some of it is because i'm leading them in the right direction.
* i came home at 1pm today, totally exhausted (i was in the office at 6:15 this morning), and napped for 3 hours. i actually feel almost rested.
* i switched where i get my Pill (sorry if that's TMI), from my pharmacy to mail-order... in doing so, i'm going to save myself $500 a year. whoa.
* tonight will be sushi with a good book at a local place i haven't tried yet... then early to bed. heaven.
* this weekend is chock-full of fun stuff: my blind date (whee!), a night at a center city piano bar (i've never been to one), the philly rollergirls on sunday. and somewhere in there, i will veg on my deck in the gorgeous 80-degree weather with my book and just be totally blissed-out.
