needless to say...
May. 10th, 2006 06:45 ami have not slept much over the last couple of days. last night i kept dreaming about the house, and also had a sweet little one about monkey. the house inspection is on saturday, i asked my realtor if i could be a dork and bring my camera to take lots of photos (the current owners haven't packed yet, so i didn't know if they'd be cool with their stuff in my shots). she said it's not dorky, people do it all the time... so i'll have a billion pix to post on saturday afternoon. :)
i am going to be soooo broke for the next few months. there are all of these fees that no-one mentioned that i have to pay all of a sudden... i just made a huge deposit on the closing costs that wiped out my savings, and i just found out that in the next few days i have to pay almost $500 for the home/termite inspection and another $300 in fees for the mortgage paperwork. this is when getting paid once a month SUCKS... the month's only started, and my may paycheck is pretty much gone. ugh.
in other news, my uncle passed away yesterday, so the funeral's at the end of the week... family's coming into town today, so the rest of the week will be visits with them. it's going to be a sad few days.
