i think i have a slower-acting form of ADD.

like, all it takes is one thing to distract me, and i forget about the crappy mood i was just in. i am sitting here watching the westminster dog show, and i am laughing so hard i have tears streaming down my face. seriously, as i'm typing this i just looked at the tv again, and started howling with laughter at a pekingese scooting across the floor like a little fuzzy swiffer. seriously, you have to see this to understand how side-splittingly funny the toy division of a dog show is. *collapsing into giggles*

and those pedigree dog food commercials... good lord, if the local shelter was open at 10pm, i'd be there getting a dog after seeing these things. have you seen these ads? "we're for shelter dogs..." and they show these little doggies in cages that make you feel overwhelmingly parental towards them. step away from the tv, jenn...

in other news, if you don't read rain (hipstomp)'s LJ, you have to. seriously, the dude can write. and he just posted about airplane travel, and it's hitting pretty close to home. and i'm giggling all over again. hee.
