hi everyone! *waves*

long time no post! got back late last night from my meeting in vermont... typical meeting, lots of food and lots of work crammed into 3 days. the highlight was the room itself -- we stayed at a hotel that has a spa, so my room was very spa-y. the tub had all these teeny jacuzzi jets all the way around, so i took the best bath EVER one night and then vegged out in the cushy hotel robe from my closet. yay! the location was beautiful, we were in stowe so the drive (4 hours) was stunning. nothing but mountains everywhere you looked. made me wish i was an outdoorsy person... i'd be able to appreciate it so much more.

so, now i'm back. picked up the cats today from being boarded, and brought the oncology and boarding staff a big box of gourmet cookies with a thank-you card... it seems that they had to put a "CAUTION" sign on monkey's cage, because she was really scared being there and got rather growl-y. eek. but now she's home and happy again, sleeping off the chemo (until tomorrow -- i get to give her one of those nuclear reactor, toxic waste pill thingies again).

bed soon... going to the gym at 5:30 in the mornin'...

oh... and i hate UPS. they suck. just sayin'.
