happy spring!!!
Mar. 28th, 2004 08:08 amahhhh... finally, spring has come to boston. 'bout time. yesterday i had such a wonderful day... i got up early (5:30... i usually wake up with the sun) and went to the gym for an hour... had a great workout... then back home to shower, and back out the door to go to the mall at 9:30. shopped for a couple of hours, and almost everything i tried on FIT... (i think the mall was in a parallel universe!) bought 2 great skirts and a nice summer sweater. then sat in a restaurant and had a salad and read a book for a while. headed home at 12:30 with the windows down (65 degrees! wahoo!) and my radio cranked. it was wonderful.
when i got home, the b.f. was just waking up. he was like, "oh my god, you lived an entire LIFE already this morning!!!" lol.
saw a great concert last night... the b.f. took me to see a band called "eddie from ohio". wow, they were amazing. the lead singer has a voice to die for, and they are all funny as hell. it was a really fun night.
today should be good too... we're doing a girl's day this afternoon -- 3 of us are having foo-foo drinks at 3pm, then across the street for manis and pedis. perhaps a movie afterwards.
ah, spring.
