sooooo... tired...

swingchickieokay, catching up.
went to philly for a long weekend last weekend. 2 college friends of mine were getting married on saturday, so i went down a bit early... got to hang out with mom and a couple of friends, and friday went to a show ("moon for the misbegotten" by o'neill) -- my college boyfriend of 3 years is a theater director, and uses a lot of my old college friends in his shows, and it just so happens there was a show that weekend. so i got to have a mini-reunion of sorts with them... some of them i hadn't seen in almost 15 years. it was a blast.
saturday was tons of fun... the wedding was excellent, once again reunited with old friends that i hadn't seen in forever... afterwards i took my mom to ANOTHER show, i'd found out the day before that my alma mater was doing a musical i've been wanting to see for a while called "parade" (the b.f. and i met the composer last month)... the show was amazing, excellent music and a phenomenal cast.
sunday was supposed to have breakfast with the 'rents and then drive back to boston. INSTEAD, i had breakfast with them, and then just as i was heading to the highway, i developed car trouble. i was stuck in philly for another 2 days getting it fixed (thank god it didn't conk out halfway into the 7-hour drive)! drove back monday night after it was done, got in at 1am (UGH), and worked yesterday. then had to pick up the cats after work, so didn't get home until 8pm. needless to say, i am so wiped. i think tonight i'm going to bed by 9pm!!! i need my sleep!!!!
